Teddy Bear Breaths

At HDES we have been participating in 26 Days of Alphabreaths based on the book Alphabreaths: The ABCs of Mindful Breathing by Christopher Willard and Daniel Rechtschaffen.  Each day on the morning announcements, students are introduced to a new breathing exercise. Wednesday, December 4th is Teddy Bear Breath day at HDES. Students are invited to bring a small teddy bear with them to school to practice this deep breathing exercise!
