Dear Richmond Families,
I wanted to make you aware of a situation the school department became aware of on November 6, 2019. We were made aware of a middle school/high school teacher's arrest, Patrick Gallogly, by the Lisbon Police Department for domestic violence assault and domestic violence criminal threatening. Due to this being an open investigation regarding a teacher, we are unable to comment on the specifics of this case. I can share that the teacher has been placed on paid administrative leave pending the investigation. As this event happened outside of school, RSU 2 is working with authorities to continue to ensure the safety and well-being of our children, faculty and community.
