Welcome to the Kennebec Intra-District Schools (KIDS) regional school unit web site. The new school unit will be made up of schools in the towns of Dresden, Farmingdale, Hallowell, Monmouth and Richmond.
The KIDS RSU consolidation has been voted on by the public and has been approved. We are now entering a new phase of planning where a Transition Team will pick up where the Regional Planning Committee left off. The Transition Team is tasked with developing plans and recommendations to integrate the administrative functions of the districts and form an interim board.
