Update on MMS contact tracing 10-9-20

MMS pre-K to 5 will return to hybrid learning as scheduled beginning Tuesday 10/13/20.

MMS middle school will be remote only next week 10/13 through 10/16.  The full middle school team will be on full remote learning for teachers, ed techs and students all of next week.  Another update will be provided regarding the following week, at the end of next week.  All close contacts have been reached.  MMS students who did not receive a close contact call from the school and the cdc, have no known risk of exposure.  Out of an abundance of caution, as well as continuity for our students/staff, we have decided to keep the entire middle school in remote learning next week.

At this time it is more important than ever that all parents, students and staff be diligent about the use of the daily health screening tool  ( https://5il.co/l937) every day.  If symptoms are noted, to keep us all safe while also maximizing the time we can keep students in school for classroom-based instruction, it is imperative that the return to  return to school flow charts (https://5il.co/l939) be used faithfully as well.

Remember that Monday is Indigenous Peoples Day.  Enjoy the fresh air and sunshine this weekend as we honor these people!
