SOFTWARE AND HELP DESK MANAGER IN RSU 2 SCHOOLS
Join the RSU 2 Information Technology Team!
The RSU 2 Information Technology Team is seeking a highly organized and skilled Software and Helpdesk Manager to manage and coordinate software licenses and subscriptions and provide helpdesk services across the 9 campuses of the RSU. This is a grant-funded, temporary, full-time position beginning immediately and lasting through the 2021-2022 school year. The Learning Software Manager is expected to work on site in the RSU with some remote work possible and reports to the Director of Information Technology.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Developing and maintaining an inventory of software in use across the RSU; managing student and staff subscriptions and licenses for software programs; responding to help requests and acting as liaison between staff and the IT team to troubleshoot and solve problems; maintaining current databases.
Credentials and Qualifications
- Associates degree in Computer Science or similar
- Criminal Records History Check (CHRC) clearance
- Excellent Spreadsheet and database skills
- Experienced managing learning software preferred
- Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
