Dear Parents/Guardians,
This letter is to inform you that until further notice we will be using four buses instead of five to pick up and deliver our riders to home or daycare. This will cause the following changes to all of our runs.
Bus 3 will start out at 6:40 and will now pick up and return students on the River Road from the Ferry Road north and will include Pitts Center Road. Miss Sam will pick up before her regular run and return them before her regular run in the afternoon.
Bus 6 will start out at 6:45 now to pick up and return students that live on Lincoln Street. Miss Frederica will pick up after collecting her normal run and will return them before her regular run in the afternoon.
Bus 7 will start at 6:50 and will pick up and return students that live on Hatch Street. Miss Kim will pick up Hatch Street students after her regular run and return them before her regular run in the afternoon.
Bus 4 will start out at 6:40 and will now pick up and return students that live on Route 201 that were moved from that bus to bus 6 earlier this year.
These changes have taken time to plan and ensure all students that ride will still have a ride. Time changes will be affected by as little as 10 minutes. In the afternoon the biggest change will be to Bus 3, 6, and 7 making their return trips about 5-8 minutes later than what is currently happening.
I will be working over vacation to get times of pick up and drop off.
I will be making phone calls to those who are most affected.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me. I should have all run sheets done by Sunday evening. Next week we will be riding around to ensure the drivers know where your children will get on and off. We may need to make slight changes once we start this on Monday, February 22nd.
