This is a 50% position. This position can be combined with an open half-time position at MA (English, technology/business, or MTSS Coordinator/electives teacher) as a full-time position.
Position Description: We are seeking a dynamic, student-centered educator to teach a variety of math courses to students in grades 9-12.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree with course emphasis in area to be taught
● Must hold (or be eligible to hold) the required certification/endorsement
● Must hold current Criminal History Record Check (CHRC) certification
Start Date: 2025-2026 School Year
Salary: Based on teacher position experience and in accordance with the wage scale in the 2024-25 Teachers Collective Bargaining Agreement: 50% of full-time salary: $21,298.67(BA/step 1) - $39,065.35 (MA+15/step 22) (Step 1). The complete contract year is 182 days. (Note: 2025-28 CBA is currently being negotiated)
